A teen in Texas has been charged with capital homicide after fatally taking pictures his dad and mom, brother, and sister.
On Tuesday, police within the small east Texas city of Nash responded to stories of a male who barricaded himself in his residence, damage his household, and was threatening to shoot himself.
They arrived to seek out Cesar Olalde, 18, locked inside his residence.
