A university pupil was killed after a tire from a truck broke free on a freeway and smashed by her windshield.
Lauren Alyssa Collins, 18, was driving south on Interstate 75 in Kentucky by the Ohio border shortly after midnight on Sunday when a tire indifferent from a northbound truck, said the Boone County Sheriff’s Workplace.
The tire bounced throughout a concrete median and crashed by the windshield of her automobile. She died from the freak accident.
